Steel that keeps its temper.

Deep-drawn 304, powder-coated to a matte that hides fingerprints and shrugs off years. The wall is 0.8 mm — thick enough to hold heat, thin enough to feel it move.

Black walnut, shaped to the palm and oiled by hand. It insulates, it ages, and unlike everything else in your kitchen it improves with neglect's opposite.
